Xingyuan Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xingyuan Asset") was established in May 2014, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, headquartered in Beijing. The company was registered as a private fund manager with the Asset Management Association of China in October 2014.
The company focuses on fund of funds and direct investment, covering diversified fields including FOF funds, early-stage investment, VC/PE, alternative investment, and overseas asset allocation. Adhering to the principles of steady development and compliant operations, the company has achieved steady business growth and gained wide recognition from partners and clients.

Company Establishment
Approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and officially established. This marked the cornerstone of our legal and regulatory foundation, initiating our asset management journey in mainland China.
First Fund Registration
Completed the fundraising and registration of our first private fund, initially establishing our research system and risk control framework.

Hong Kong Office Established
Xingyuan Asset Management was officially established in Hong Kong. This was a key step in our internationalization strategy, leveraging Hong Kong's status as an international financial center to expand overseas business and build a global asset allocation platform.
Hong Kong License Approved
Obtained Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) licenses from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), officially conducting regulated business in Hong Kong.
10th Anniversary Milestone
Celebrating our 10th anniversary. Synergies between Hong Kong and mainland teams emerged, initially forming cross-border asset management capabilities covering A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, and some overseas markets.
